Shipping Policy – Australia & International

This policy outlines how we process and ship orders from Folke Estate. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are based on your delivery location:

New Zealand $18.48 AUD
International (Rest of the World, incl. Puerto Rico) $38.64 AUD

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 AUD or more (applies to domestic orders). Free shipping over different amounts depending on location.


Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier errors (e.g., Australia Post delays)

  • Customs clearance in the destination country (beyond our control)


Tracking & Shipping Status

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this immediately, your order is still being processed and will be delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your order.

  • Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for different designs.

  • If your order is already in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.


Incorrect Address

If your order is returned because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Contact the courier directly to investigate.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at info@folkeestate.com.
