Return & Refund Policy

At Folke Estate, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Soap, fragrance, or handwash that has been opened or used

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

  • Customised, monogrammed, or made-to-order items


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We will provide you with return authorisation and instructions. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for change-of-mind returns.

All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available. You must return the original item first; we will send the replacement once it is received and approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us directly. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
