9" Bread Knife — AUS10 Japanese Steel & North American Walnut Wood
A 9-inch serrated blade made from Japanese AUS10 steel, paired with a North American walnut handle and set with solid copper rivets. It’s the knife we use for sourdough loaves. For the hard crust, the open crumb, the warm bread fresh from the oven. It cuts clean without compressing or tearing, so the slice stays tall and intact.
The walnut handle is shaped simply and finished by hand, letting the wood speak for itself. The copper rivets will deepen in tone over time, the way good materials should. Nothing here is rushed or decorative. Well-made and meant to live in the kitchen for years.
