Proofing basket – Handwoven wicker, oval or round. Shapes the dough while it rests and helps create that traditional sourdough pattern. Comes with a linen liner.
Bench scraper – Solid walnut handle with a stainless steel blade. Helps divide, lift, and move dough without sticking.
Danish whisk – Walnut handle with a stainless steel coil. Ideal for mixing dough without overworking it and easy to clean compared to traditional whisks.
Bread lame – Walnut handle with a replaceable stainless steel blade. Used to score dough just before baking for better rise and texture.
Dehydrated starter – 10 g of organic flour starter with instructions to rehydrate and maintain for future baking.
Care instructions:
Proofing basket & linen liner – After use, shake out excess flour and let air-dry completely. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Spot clean the liner in cold water and air dry.
Walnut-handled tools – Wipe handles with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak. To keep the wood looking its best, occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil.
Stainless steel parts – Wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry straight away to prevent marks.
